The machinery and labor are deployed on the site of the C-14 Islamabad to carry out the development work in the stipulated time. The CDA (Capital Development Authority) has assigned the task of development work to the renowned developer, Frontier Works Organization (FWO) or the National Logistics Cell (NLC).

Earthwork in C-14 – Development Update
The machineries are engaged 24/7 in carrying out the earthwork in C-14. The rapidly proceeding earthwork is to be followed by the land leveling to prepare it for construction. The land for many plots has been leveled in front of Margall Avenue.
