If you have cleared all your installments, you are eligible for possession. To acquire possession of your plot in DHA Multan, you are required to submit an application for possession.

Construction Incentives
The management of DHA Multan has been consistent in offering special incentives to its investors. Members who finish construction within one year are entitled to claim these incentives.
Currently, an Incentive Scheme is being offered for members who will take possession of plots in Sector U.
Members who complete the construction of homes on their plots within one year of possession acquisition will get up to 100 percent waiver on development and utility charges.
