How to Participate in DHA Quetta Balloting?
File holders can submit applications to participate in DHA Quetta Balloting. The applications can be submitted through DHA Quetta’s online portal.
To check the eligibility for participating in the Balloting event, the file holder should visit DHA Quetta’s official website.
DHA Quetta’s Balloting Policy
DHA Quetta’s management aims for unbiased and transparent balloting and to achieve this goal, the Balloting is executed through software.

The successful applicants from computerized balloting are usually sent the results through the mail.

DHA Quetta has previously held four ballots.
First Ballot
The first ballot was executed successfully on 14th March 2020. First ballot included 12 different plot sizes.
Second Ballot
The second ballot was held on 30th March 2022. Second ballot included 1 Kanal Early Bird files and & 5 Marla plots.
Third Ballot
Location Ballot for 1 Kanal Public Ballot & Allocation Files in DHA Quetta held on 11th January 2023.
Fourth Ballot
Early Bird Commercial-2023 Ballot Ceremony was held in Creek Club Karachi on 20th March 2023.
