Phases 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are situated on the Main Grand Truck Road(GT Road) and are all inter-connected. These phases are all fully developed and populated.

The commercial market in Phase 4, also commonly known as Civic Center, is hub of various national and international brands. Similarly, Phases 7, 8 and 9 are also inter connected, while the main entrance is situated on the Grand Truck Road (GT Road) and is accessible from Phase 7. The commercial market of Phase 7 and 8, also known as business bay is famous for being home to a wide range of national and international food, retail and fashion brands. The new block, Bahria Hamlets (Phase 8) located at Bahria Expressway is also developed. The streets and roads are developed. People have started constructing their houses as well but it is not densely populated yet. Water tanks are being developed, transformers have been installed for electricity provision of electricity, and Sui gas will be ensured as well. However, some plots are not located on leveled earth due to the hilly terrain but plots are filled and provide an appropriate base for construction.

The pace of development work in all sectors of Phase 8 Extension is now faster than it has been in the previous years. The earthwork is being done rapidly and a lot of development work has been accomplished for roads construction. This phase will be connected to the Ring Road as well.
