Three of the floors including lower ground, ground and first floor consist of commercial outlets in a shopping mall. The size of commercial shops starts from roughly 250 sqft while the size of the kiosks available on the ground floor start from 117 sqft.
The lower ground offers shops are available at Rs. 26,350 per sqft, the ground floor offers shops at Rs. 44,250 per sqft while shops on the first floor are available for booking at Rs. 18,950 per sqft.
Corporate Offices in Business Hub
Second floor along with half of the third floor has been allocated to spacious office spaces. The offices also range in size from 250 sqft to 822 sqft approximately.
The price per sqft for corporate offices on second floor starts from Rs. 15,790. Moreover, the booking price for offices on the third floor is Rs. 14,250 per sqft.
Food Court
