DHA Gujranwala is going to grant possession of Commercial Zone 3 and Executive Block on 20th December 2023.
Possession has already been transferred for Commercial Zone 1 & Zone 2, Block C, and Block G.

DHA Gujranwala is offering concessions on development charges in possession sectors.
Construction Incentives in Sector C & G
DHA GWA is offering rebate/concession on development charges Sector C and G, on first come first serve basis for the first 100 members.
- Those members who would complete construction within 1 year would be entitled to 100% waiver on development charges
- Those members who would complete construction within 1.5 years would be entitled to 75% waiver on development charges
