Possession Opening in DHA Gujranwala
DHA Gujranwala transfered possession of 4 & 8 Marla Commercial plots in Commercial Zone 1 & Zone 2, on 30th May 2022.
Eligibility criteria for Possession
- To get possession of the commercial plots of 2019, you must pay 80% of development charges within one year of possession. Full payment of plot needs to be paid beforehand.
- For possession of the commercial plots of 2021, you are required to pay 75% of total amount.
- For possession of the commercial plots of SBFs & CBFs, you will be required to pay 75% of development charges.
However, only the allottees who are willing to complete construction within 1.5 years will get possession.
Balloting
- Balloting for Executive Block held on 30th June 2022. Overseas Pakistanis were offered 15% quota in Executive Block Ballot. (Executive Block offers 1 & 2 kanal plots.)
- Phase-1 Location Ballot in DHA Gujranwala held on 8th October 2021 wherein 10,000 residential plots and 300 commercial plots were allotted.
