The plot files of DHA Multan have already sold out and the payment plan for the plots has ended. However, these plots can be purchased at full price.

Development Work Update
The development work at the DHAM site is proceeding in full fervor. The management of the residential housing society is dedicatedly ensuring up to the mark and on-time development.
The villas construction has been completed and many of the facilities already have been provided in the Villas community, such as community park is developed, gas pipelines have been laid out and surveillance cameras are planted.

- Kashmir Park in Sector U has been inaugurated and is now open to public.
- Villa’s Medical Centre (VMC) Inaugurated In DHAM Villa Community on 14th March 2023. Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani inaugurated the Villa’s Medical Centre (VMC) in a formal ceremony.
- Shah Rukn-E- Alam Gate has inaugurated on 03 Nov 2022.
- Dolphin Park at Sector M was inaugurated in October 2022.
- Development work of sectors H, M, Q, and R has almost been completed. Electricity has also been provided in these sectors.
Ballotting
The upcoming Phase-1 3rd Ballot is scheduled on 23rd October 2023.

DHAM Golden File
Specific plots with better location in Sector F, E, S, O and Y can be converted to Golden file. The last date to convert normal files to Goldern Files is 17th October 2023.

Moreover, Construction incentives have been announced for 2 Kanal Plots in Sector N. A 100 percent waiver is offered on development charges to plot holders who begin their home construction within 1 year of possession acquisition.

News & Updates
Last Chance to Avoid Cancellation
The last chance to pay overdue installments in DHA Multan is 20th November 2023 to avoid cancellation of your plot from 1st Loction Ballot result.
If you fail to clear your overdue installments before the deadline, your plot will be cancelled automatically.
Development Charges in DHA Multan
Development charges are implemented in All Sectors in DHA Multan.
If you fail to pay Development Charges, the following conditions would apply:
- Automatic Cancellation of Plot’s Location Ballot Result
- Conversion of plot’s allocation as an Un-balloted Plot File only
Refund Policy
DHA Multan offered Refund Policy with 10% deduction instead of 20% deduction till 15th August 2023.
Surcharge Incentive Scheme For All
The last date of surcharge waiver incentive scheme for all categories of Plots / Villas was 30th April 2023.
Reduction of Fee
The fees involved in the transfer process have been reduced. NDC charges have been decreased and its validity period has been increased. Click here to see details.
Affordable Housing Projects
DHAM management has already arranged House Financing model from various banks in light of Government Policy. This project will certainly open up business and job opportunities to the populace of Southern Punjab.
In May 2021, DHAM provided land for Low Cost Housing Projects in Sector V & T reinforcing PM’s Vision for Housing Sector. Four investors signed agreements for affordable housing in Southern Punjab.
- On 20th September 2022, DHA Multan and Al Manan Builders signed an Agreement of the Affordable Housing Project for the construction of 10 Marla Villas in Sector B1. Around 150 houses will be constructed under this project.
- On 25 January 2022, the Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani executed the groundbreaking of the 5 Marla Smart Villas in Sector T– offered on 1 to 3 years installments.
- Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani executed the ground breaking of the Bodla Homes – Affordable Housing Project in DHA Multan, on November 3, 2021. This project will include the construction of 108 houses of 5 marla in Sector V and will be developed by Bodla Builders.
Twin Towers
After Business Hub, Bodla Builders & DHA Multan are now ready to bring another amazing residential-cum-commercial project to society – Twin Towers. Both parties have recently signed an agreement regarding the project.
The Twin Towers will be located on Main Boulevard near Askari-3. The project will offer apartments, commercial shops, offices, and restaurants. The development work is expected to commence soon.
Plot Finder
DHA Multan has recently launched (GIS) Plot Finder Application to keep their members all-informed about the plot they own in society and the ongoing proceedings of the work.
The application would help members search and identify the on-ground location of their properties. Moreover, the application also lets users monitor the progress of development in the respective sector.
