Balloting in DHA Valley
There have been three ballots in DHA Valley in the year 2018, 2019, and 2021. The policy is being devised for the next ballot which is expected in the coming months of this year.
- The First Ballot included 2800 plots and possession letters were also issued to the plot owners.
- The Second Ballot included 1400 to 1500 plots.
- The Third Ballot included 11,060 plots.
However, the upcoming fourth ballot is expected to be for 8000 to 10,000 plots.

Despite the rumors, the prices have been rising and the investors have earned around 20 lacs profit on 5 and 8 marla plots within 3 to 4 years.
Below are a few investment suggestions:
- Zero surcharge files are the best option if you want to invest somewhere between 25 to 35 lacs.
- Paid surcharge files are the best option if you want to invest somewhere between 35 to 45 lacs.
These are the best prices DHA has ever seen, the prices will reach 65 lacs and above within 4 to 5 months but the future of these files is not clear until they are balloted.
If you want to evade the risky part, balloted files are the risk-free and the best option for a budget higher than 45 lacs.
- 5 marla DHA Homes (Balloted) make the best investment for the budget between 1 crore to 1.25 crore.
- 8 marla DHA Homes (Balloted) make the best investment for the budget between 1.25 crore to 1.75 crore.
If you’re looking for high profit, invest in marla commercial files because when the prices surge the commercial properties are inclined to touch the prices around crores or even higher.

Currently, the development work is being carried out in some blocks of DHA Valley. Those are Bluebell, Magnolia, Daffodils, Lily, Rose, Oleander, and Bogainvilla blocks.
A summary of development work in DHA Valley is given below:
- Roads are being developed in Bogainvilla block. The main boulevard will be fully developed within a matter of a month.
- Bluebell block is 80% developed. Bluebell Bridge is almost developed; the pillars are ready and the slabs are being placed to complete the bridge. This bridge will connect to DHA 6.
- Earthwork is well underway in the second ballot area of Rose block. Roads have been developed and earthwork is complete in the first ballot area of Rose block.
- Considerable work has been accomplished in Lily, Oleander, and Daffodils block. DHA Homes are already built in these blocks.
- Magnolia block is completely developed. Roads and streets have been paved in Magnolia block. Earthwork is also complete and plotting have been done. This block is comparably more beuatiful and green.
