Developers of PECHS
Previously, PECHS was owned and managed by a bunch of senior government officers under the authority and regulations of ICT Islamabad. Now it has been handed over to a rising construction company Extol.
Extol is the new developer of the Pakistan Employees Housing Scheme Islamabad. PECHS is the first project of the said company, owned by Mr. Gohar Rabbani Awan.
Status of NOC
PECHS has acquired its NOC from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). It is also registered under the Registrar Cooperative Housing Societies Department of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration.

Development Update

Water supply is available through boring. Moreover, the society has four tube wells, one underground water tank of 200,000 gallons, and 5 overhead tanks each with 50,000 gallons capacity. The overhead tanks are interconnected and operational.
Electricity will be supplied uninterrupted through the society’s own grid station. A 132 kV grid station has been installed which is already supplying electricity to Blocks A, B, C, D, and E.
The Sui gas pipelines are being laid quickly. Although all the basic and modern facilities are provided, the society still has much to accomplish when it comes to development.
