Taj Residencia is a mega project comprising of land over 10,000 Kanals. It is a combination of Residential and Commercial plots, Apartments and Villas consisting of two phases. The development and planning of Phase I was announced while Phase 2 was also in plans to be launched with larger area and further extensions.

Phase I mainly comprised of residential and commercial plots featuring Eclectic, Modern and Mediterranean Taj Villas of 5, 8, 10, 14 & 20 Marla forming a luxurious contemporary housing society.

The project is apparently of international standard with state of the art commercial hub. Not only this project promised to provide Centaurus Mall – II  but other unique and surprising facilities. Royal Club and Theme Parks were also part of this mega project build in the city of Islamabad.

Payment Plan

The Residential Plots down-payments started with 20% and 10 quarterly payments over a period of two and a half years. The initial installment were not due for next six months. Along with this, 6% discount was provided on total payments. 10% extra charges were applicable on all categories other than the general. The category plots included corner plots, boulevard, park face and boulevard (100 feet and above).

Different payment plan applies for Taj Luxury Dream Villas. 15% extra charges apply for corner and main boulevard locations, along with 10% extra charges for the booking of park face villas.

Development Status

Additionally, a non-refundable processing fee was also required to be paid. The price for 5 marla plot begun at PKR 8 lakh whereas,a 10 marla plot, cost around between 20 lakh to 67 lakh respectively.
Further, the 1 Kanal plots price ranged from 95 lakh to 1 crore. Moreover, 10% extra amount was charged for category plots, e.g. main boulevard, corner, and park facing plots.
