NOC & Approval

Top City-1 has received the NOC from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Moreover, it has encountered no objections from ICT, CAA, NHA and Environment Protection Department (EPD).

Development Status & Possession

Incentive for Early Construction

Top City is providing construction incentives before 31st August 2020. If you start construction right away, the society will provide the following incentives:  1) Possession fee will be waived off 2) Free excavation 3) Assistance in map design 4) Free electricity and water for first 3 months of construction.  The deadline for the offer was 30th August 2020.
