About the BRT System in Capital Smart City
The society has planned a rapid transit bus system (BRT) to provide ease of connectivity in the society as well as with Islamabad and Rawalpindi. For that purpose, the society has already acquired two Hybrid Double Decker Buses, which arrived in June 2022. The double decker buses will be used for the BRT System in future.
To facilitate the members and future residents, the buses have been launched for daily site visits from the head office in F-11 to the site.
The CSC double decker bus will facilitate those who wish to visit the CSC site without any hassle. Individuals who are to visit the site must arrive at the bus stop at the scheduled time. The bus will return them to the same spot after the site visit is over.
What is the schedule of the Capital Smart City Hybrid Double Decker Bus?
The Hybrid Double Decker bus will be available on a daily basis from F-11 Markaz Islamabad to Capital Smart City site.

What to expect from the Daily Site Tour?
In order to facilitate the existing and prospective investors and future residents of Capital Smart City, the society has launched the transport service from the F-11 office to the Site. You are advised to plan the tour with your real estate consultant for a guided tour. However, it’s not necessary to be accompanied by an agent for the tour.
You should allocate a minimum of 4 hours to the site visit as the bus will return after 2 pm, allowing for enough time to explore the developed and developing blocks.
