MultiGardens B-17 is a private housing society and has its NOC approved by CDA. Hence, it carries no complications.
Possession has been granted in blocks A, B, C, C-1, and the developed parts of block F.
- The development work in Blocks A, B, and C has been completed. The rest of the blocks C-1, D, E, and F are almost fully developed.
- Block A and B are the most populated blocks compared to other blocks of the society. People have taken residence in 5 marla plots in bock F. Construction of houses on 10 marla plots is also going well.
- The main entrance gate is operational for two-way traffic along the G.T Road. The second Entrance Gate is located between A & B Blocks alongside the Main G.T Road.
- A public Community Club over 74 kanal land is being built in block B.
- Commercial buildings in commercial areas of block E & F are also under construction.
- Football ground, Cricket ground, parks, and zoo are developed.
