What does Lake View Commercial offer?
Lake View Commercial offers commercial plots in Overseas Central. The plots are available in two sizes:
- 4 marla
- 8 marla
The cost of 4 marla plot is Rs. 19,500,000 and that of 8 marla plot is Rs. 32,500,000.
Moreover, the cost of plots are exclusive of the development charges.
Payment Plan
The plots in Lake View Commercial are available at 20% downpayment. The remaining amount shall be submitted within 2 years.
Development charges are not included in the plot price.
Installments will be payable on the 1st of each month.

Possession
