Members who wanted to partake in the balloting were advised to install their due installments before the deadline. The deadline was extended till 20th January 2024.
Surcharge on late payments would be 100% waived off if submitted by the deadline. Those who would fail to submit their installments before the deadline would not be eligible for Early Bird Commercial Balloting.

Development Update
The development work has been started at Phase 1 and is being carried out round the clock. Various roads are fully constructed and a few are still being developed rapidly. The community buildings and parks are also being rapidly developed.
