Upcoming Ballot in Rudn Enclave

The members who would update their ledger up to 95% before 17th August 2024, will be eligible for (4th) Last Balloting for the Executive Block (Commercial and Residential Plots).

If an active member fails to participate in this Last Ballot, he or she will be required to pay full Land Cost and Development Charges. Moreover, you will be allotted a plot on availability.

Eligibility Criteria for RUDN Enclave

Members who paid 95% cost of Land were eligible to participate in Balloting.

Members who have fail to update the ledger before the deadline, their plot/s will be cancelled or changed as per the policy.

Moreover, all Executive Block members can acquire Discount by submitting 100% of the Development charges (via RDDF) before or on 17th August 2024.

Possession

Possession in Rudn Enclave was expected to be granted in 2023.
